Our general programming offers extensive options in Art, Music, Drama. Media Design and Construction. Each of these programs may utilize mentors from an array of different community groups including the Banff Centre and the Whyte Museum to enhance and enrich the experience for our students. Community displays, exhibitions and performances are greatly supported by the community, students and parents.

The Music program consists of a grade 8 band, Drum Line, Concert band and Jazz band. These groups usually travel to at least two Band Camps per year. Here the students receive group and indivudalized instruction by clinicians in a particular instrument. Mentorship with the Banff Centre professionals is cherished as well. These groups may play at various community events throughout the year as well as an end of year concert.. Practice times may be before, during classtime and after school. Practice out of instruction time is greatly encouraged.
The Drama program produces a major work every other year with mentorship from the Banff Centre as well as from outside professionals.
